You can upgrade from 1.x or 2.x for $15.
If you bought DCE anytime after 1st January 2006, you can get the upgrade for free. Please, mark the date of puchase in the message.
Write your current DCE order number (and date if purchased in 2006) in the message (from the registration e-mail).
